LOTTE Wellfood transfers the minimum necessary personal information overseas and entrusts it to ‘SAP SE’ when consent to overseas transfer is obtained from the information subject at the time of membership registration on the recruitment site, applying for employment, or registering in the talent database.

(3) The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised by writing, phone, e-mail, facsimile transmission (FAX), etc. to the Personal Information Protection Officer and the department in charge listed in Article 10. LOTTE Wellfood will take action without delay and, if there is a reason for rejection or limitation, will inform you of the reason for the restriction/rejection and the method of filing an objection within 10 days.

LOTTE Wellfood takes the following technical and administrative measures to prevent the loss, theft, leakage, external attacks, hacking, etc. of personal information and to ensure the best possible safety when processing personal information.

Customer passwords are stored and managed using one-way encryption, and personal information can only be confirmed and changed by the person who knows the password. We have established and are applying password creation rules to prevent passwords from being used with numbers that can be easily guessed by others, such as the customer's birthday or phone number.
b. Countermeasures against hacking, etc.
LOTTE Wellfood operates an intrusion prevention system 24 hours a day to prevent personal information of customers from being leaked due to hacking or other intrusions into the company’s information and communication network, and uses encrypted communication to safely transmit sensitive personal information over the network.

LOTTE Wellfood collects and uses advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA) for online personalized advertising in its mobile apps. You can block or allow customized ads in the app by changing the settings on your mobile device.
